This position is responsible for managing and implementing the quality management and quality improvement programs for the assigned area. The incumbent oversees quality assurance and compliance functions, ensuring that programs and services are implemented at the highest standards and patients receive the highest level of care. They are also responsible for monitoring and updating policies and procedures to include regulatory changes.
