This position is responsible for transporting patients to their in-patient bed, and to and from other areas such as therapy, surgery, or radiology. Other responsibilities include retrieving medical records, lab results, supplies and medications. This position may be required to transport medications within their scope of practice and according to State Law. This position is not responsible for providing care to patients.
