Under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W.) this position is responsible for integrating counseling services with overall patient care. The Social Worker assists patients in meeting their psychosocial needs to facilitate patient adjustment in treatment, hospitalization or transition into the community after therapy.
This position is works as part of a team of mental health professionals providing 24/7 crisis services for SLCo and the State of Utah.
Services include the UNI CrisisLine, Mobile Outreach Teams, SafeUT Crisis Text app or Telecrisis. Our team provides crisis intervention, suicide prevention, information and referral, as well as follow-up services.
We're currently seeking Social Workers and Clinical Mental Health Counselors to staff our CrisisLine during daytime and evening hours. Candidates will require one of the following licenses/certifications:
