This position is responsible for performing semi-skilled maintenance work for the patient and family apartments. The incumbent performs general maintenance work to keep the buildings clean and in good working order, and ensures that the apartments are fully functional at all times. Additionally, the incumbent works with housekeeping to ensure that all laundry and carpets are clean.
This position has no responsibility for providing patient care.
