    This position provides routine office support. The incumbent reviews and processes documents, requests for information, maintains files, enters data, and distributes mail.

     

    This position is not responsible for providing patient care.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Maintains electronic filing systems.
    • Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming and outgoing paper and electronic mail.
    • Answers, screens, and routes incoming telephone calls and email.
    • Performs data entry, scanning, scheduling of meetings and other general office duties as assigned.
    • Accesses information across multiple ERP and document storage systems.
    • Gather data to create spreadsheets and/or reports.

    • Demonstrated effective communication skills.
    • Commitment to provide excellent customer service.
    • Effective time management that ensures all duties are completed in a time-efficient manner.
    • Ability to direct incoming questions and problems and refer difficult or unusual situations to the supervisor.

    • Entry level position.

    • One year of general office experience.
    • Hiring department may require a minimum typing ability.
