This position is responsible for sourcing and screening candidates from multiple sources, including events, ATS, job boards, social media, and recruitment databases.
Our ideal candidate is outgoing, service-minded, detail oriented, and professional in written and verbal communication.
Core training and orientation is conducted onsite in downtown Salt Lake City for the first 1-3 weeks. Following training, our Talent Acquisition Recruiters are based at home, with reservable office/collaboration space at the downtown HR tower.
This position is not responsible for providing care to patients.
