This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all aspects of the assigned departments customer and patient service. This position is responsible for planning and directing business objectives, budgetary information, and includes directing the human resource and financial management operations of the assigned department. The incumbent acts as a catalyst between the department and its customers, and staff, to ensure continuity and quality of service and care.
