The follow up call program contacts individuals that have utilized crisis services (Crisis Line, 988, SafeUT, etc.) and provides an assessment of the individuals’ wellbeing and provides additional resources as needed. Services may also include collaboration with local mental health authorities in the state of Utah. The Crisis Worker may also review and update safety plans, provide crisis de-escalation, and connect callers to a higher level of care if appropriate.
