This position manages the operations and strategic planning of the assigned facilities and maintenance activities in support of organizational goals. The incumbent works with the Facilities and Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance and the day to day activities and processes of the assigned facilities. This position works directly with Facilities Management and supervisory staff across the organization in order to ensure continuity and quality of service. The incumbent acts as a catalyst between the department and its customers, and staff, to ensure continuity and quality of service and care. This position has no responsibility for providing care to patients.
