We are looking for a new and experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join our Human Resources team!
This position is responsible for partnering with leaders and departments to ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures, advice managers and employees regarding employee relations issues, leave administration and supports them in their training and development needs.
This position is not responsible for providing patient care.
