The DevOps System Engineer will interface directly with development, production support, and QA teams and
maintain a high level of visibility with the entire team. This role will support and maintain the production
environment along with the build and release processes which includes the supporting tools. The candidate will work on multiple projects simultaneously; helping identify technical and governance similarities for best practices is a
critical skill. This position is not responsible for providing care to patients.

• Ability to install, configure and administrate configuration management solutions such as Ansible Automation Platform
(AAP), Ansible Tower, and other related tools.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable automation playbooks, roles and infrastructure provisioning scripts to support
enterprise IT environments.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure
as code (IaC), and configuration baselines across both Unix/Linux and Windows platforms.
• Administer and support systems across hybrid environments, including on-premises and cloud platforms such as AWS,
GCP, and Azure.
• Ensure alignment with SDLC, DevOps, and Agile best practices, contributing to improved software delivery and
operational efficiency.
• Act as a subject matter expert on configuration management and automation, mentoring junior engineers and providing
technical guidance across teams.
• Monitor, audit, and improve system configuration, deployment strategies, and version control practices (Git, GitHub).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Strong proficiency with Ansible, including installation, maintenance and support of Ansible Automation Platform
(AAP), Ansible Automation Hub, and Red Hat Satellite.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable automation playbooks, roles and infrastructure provisioning scripts to
support enterprise IT environments.
• Ability to write and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaaC), and configuration baselines across
Unix/Linux and Windows platforms.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python) with the ability to automate tasks across heterogeneous
environments.
• Strong understanding of Unix/Linux administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of Windows and Active Directory systems.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems, primarily Git and GitHub.
• Understanding of the following: GitHub Actions, API development, GitLab CI, Jenkins, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms—AWS (preferred), GCP, and Azure—and their respective configuration
management integrations.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor and work effectively in a fast-paced,
team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
