This position manages the operations and strategic planning of human resources, customer/patient services, and financial management for planning, organizing, directing and controlling all aspects of functional areas of Material Services, including the Distribution Department, Receiving/Mail/Couriers Department, Central Service Department, and Community Clinics Supply Management. In support of the organization's goals and mission, the incumbent supports the Materials Services Director in leading the functions of their area and acts as a catalyst between the department and its customers, and staff, to ensure continuity and quality of service. This position is not responsible for providing patient care.
