This position supervises employees and processes by coordinating and overseeing work assignments. The incumbent ensures that relevant policies, procedures and laws are implemented within the department of assignment. In addition, the individual participates in the interview process and subsequently assesses, develops and provides training for new and existing employees. This position has the authority to initiate disciplinary action when necessary. This position has no responsibility for providing patient care.
