The position is responsible for managing payment consolidator program in order to accommodate timely posting of files by cash posting. This position has no responsibility for providing care to patients.

Responsibilities

  • Sorts, distributes, and processes correspondence.
  • Prepares and scans documentation.
  • Retrieves and returns voice mail messages, providing exceptional service.
  • Maintains supply inventory.
  • Pulls EOBs or other billing documents, as needed, for audit purposes.

  • Two years of office, customer service, administrative or clerical experience.
