Join Our Team: Outpatient Resource Procedural RN (Full-Time, 30 hours/week)
The Outpatient Resource Nursing Department is seeking a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to support staffing needs across our outpatient procedural areas. In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of outpatient procedural areas including Interventional Radiology, Same Day Surgery/PACU, various procedural recovery areas, and Endoscopy. Assignments will vary based on clinic needs.
What to Expect:
• Schedule: Day shifts only (Monday–Friday), Three 10 hour shifts/week with opportunities to pick up additional shifts above FTE
• No weekends, nights, or holidays
• Travel: Commute times will vary depending on location; majority of procedural areas are at the main campus of University of Utah/Huntsman Hospital, with some available in the community clinics
• Certifications: ACLS is required for this position and previous procedural/recovery experience is preferred

This position is responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to patients by utilizing strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status, implement clinical nursing interventions to modify symptoms, and develop and implement patient care plans to enhance and improve outcomes and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment. This position may be required to access and administer medications within their scope of practice and according to State Law.
