This position delivers training in a variety of settings, including traditional classroom, one-to-one, and small groups. The incumbent collaborates with management to assess training needs, make recommendations, develop training material, and deliver training classes encompassing both the operational and professional programs. The RCSS Training Specialist effectively works with IT Training to promote a complete training experience while, at the same time, ensuring staff professional development. The position will also manage testing during system upgrades, track upgrade communication, as well as coordinates RCSS related Pulse updates and structure.

Responsibilities

  • Researches lesson plans, training exercises with aids, reference documents, and training material based on the departments educational needs.
  • Provides meaningful feedback to the appropriate parties, such as supervisors, managers and directors while anticipating future needs.
  • Continuously evaluates and monitors the quality process, ensuring the employee has the knowledge needed to successfully perform their job.
  • Conducts operational, professional, and development training.
  • Functions as a resource/consultant for new employees, educators & leaders.
  • Communicate and manage updates to help ensure that the system is working at its highest capacity with all of the current functionality.
  • Oversee development of testing scenarios, test scripts, testing schedule, resources and testing outcomes.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Business Communication, a related area, or equivalency.
  • Two years of applicable business/healthcare.

Qualifications (Preferred)

Preferred

  • Experience filming and editing video productions, including graphic elements and audio tracks.
  • Experience creating and editing scripts and video concepts.
