The Department of Patient Experience and Experience Initiatives at U of U Health is seeking an Experience Community Coordinator to support department programs, learning initiatives, and daily operations. Reporting to the Experience Initiatives Experience Operations Manager, this role supports the coordination of experience-focused work across the health system, ensuring programs and activities run smoothly and consistently.
The Experience Community Coordinator supports learning content and co-design initiatives while managing key administrative and operational tasks such as scheduling, ordering, logistics, and coordination. This role collaborates closely with partners across U of U Health to support learning and engagement materials from concept through completion. This position requires strong organizational and writing skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage concurrent priorities in service of our core work: translating lived experience into system-level design and strategic action.
