The Senior Clinical Informaticist, AI Transformation will serve as a key member of the UHealth Innovation Lab, supporting UHealth’s enterprise strategy for AI-enabled transformation across clinical operations, research, and education. This role will report to the Chief Health AI Transformation Officer and will focus on translating strategic AI priorities into practical, safe, clinically meaningful, and measurable implementations.The Senior Clinical Informaticist will provide hands-on leadership and execution across various phases of project lifecycles including technical analysis, solution development, stakeholder engagement, clinical workflow assessment, training, clinical validation, governance preparation, implementation support, impact evaluation, and results dissemination. The role will work closely with stakeholders including clinical departments, operational leaders, informaticists, IT teams, data science and analytics teams, compliance, education leaders, researchers, and external partners.This position is designed for an experienced clinical informatics leader with deep expertise in relevant areas including electronic health record (EHR) workflows, clinical decision support (CDS), stakeholder-facing implementation, and the practical delivery of technology-enabled clinical transformation.
