The Senior AI Training Specialist designs, builds, and delivers the learning experiences that help University of Utah Health employees adopt artificial intelligence tools safely and confidently. This role blends instructional design, hands-on content creation, and live facilitation. The specialist develops self-serve eLearning, maintains content for the team's internal AI website, and leads instructor-led sessions across clinical, research, and administrative audiences. Because the AI Team is newly formed and this program is still taking shape, this role suits someone who is energized by ambiguity and wants to help define how AI learning works across the organization. This position has no responsibility for providing care to patients.
