The Department of Radiation Oncology occupies a spacious 30,000 square feet on the ground floor of the beautiful Huntsman Cancer Hospital on the University of Utah Salt Lake campus.   SIGN ON BONUS OFFERED! Hospitals and Clinics is embarking on a new program to attract and retain qualified employees. The program provides a signing bonus for new hired employees at a 0.50 FTE or greater.  • The first installment is paid out upon hire within the first 30 days. • The second installment  is paid out after 1 year of employment. In order to qualify:  • The applying candidate must be an external candidate.• Must receive an offer before September 30th, 2025.• If, at any time during the first twelve (12) months of employment, an eligible employee drops below a .50 FTE, all future bonuses are forfeited, regardless of whether or not they later return to an FTE above .50.• If an eligible employee terminates from the organization and is subsequently rehired, they must have been separated from the organization for a period of at least 3 months before becoming eligible once again for the program. Sign-on bonuses and payments are taxable income to the employee.
