The Clinical Dietitian works with the departmental and interdisciplinary health care team to provide patient care that is integrated and compatible with patient-centered medical goals and objectives. This position is responsible for assessing the nutritional status, identifying nutrition concerns, and developing, implementing and evaluating outcomes of nutrition care plans for patients at nutritional risk. This position may provide nutritional support to patients in specialized populations. This position may be required to access and administer medications within their scope of practice and according to State Law.

The Associate Electrophysiology Nurse provides nursing care to Electrophysiology patients in the procedural lab. This position serves as the entry nurse position in the Electrophysiology Lab. The associate nurse performs at a task-oriented skill level, and performs troubleshooting and complex tasks under the guidance of experienced nurses. This position includes an orientation to the nurse monitor, nurse circulator and the scrub role for electrophysiology procedures in the lab and the hybrid OR. Associate nursing responsibilities include safety checks, equipment management, product entry, patient documentation in Epic, administration of medications, and moderate sedation, hemodynamic monitoring, rhythm interpretation, assisting in EP procedures in the Hybrid OR, assisting with anesthetized patients, patient preparation, scrubbing into sterile procedures and sheath management. During and after orientation, staff are responsible for seeking assistance with responsibilities outside of their current knowledge level and are active participants with area leadership to create a plan for advancing practice past task orientated care. This position performs various cleaning tasks to provide all staff, visitors and patients a safe and clean environment. The incumbent maintains high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and freedom from hazards and infections. This position has the authority to experience a certain degree of autonomy in simply "keeping up" an assigned area under their jurisdiction, making independent judgments on needed activities and projects. Incumbents may function as a team leader on specific assignments or activities involving personnel of the same job classification. Challenges encountered in this position include working around patients, visitors, and staff without causing any disruptions, working with patient care units and other departments with specialized cleaning needs and hazards, and determining if chemical spills are medical, infectious, or a routine spill and then the appropriate procedure to follow in disposing of the spill. This position is not responsible for providing patient care.

This position is responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound exams which aid radiologists and providers in their diagnosis and/or treatment of patients. This position also assists providers in various ultrasound-guided procedures. Hospitals and Clinics is embarking on a new program to attract and retain qualified Healthcare Assistants (HCAs). The program provides a signing bonus for new hired HCAs at a 0.50 FTE or greater.
The first installment is paid out upon hire within the first 30 days.
The second installment is paid out after nine (9) months of employment.
In order to qualify:
The applying HCA must be an external candidate.
Must start position before March 31, 2024.
If, at any time during the first nine (9) months of employment, an eligible HCA drops below a .50 FTE, all future bonuses are forfeited, regardless of whether or not they later return to an FTE above .50.
If an eligible HCA terminates from the organization and is subsequently rehired, they must have been separated from the organization for a period of at least 3 months before becoming eligible once again for the program.
