This position provides exceptional care for our patients and guests by offering them professional service and creating a memorable patient experience. The incumbent accurately and professionally handles all desk operations including, but not limited to, all phases of the patient registration and scheduling process. They will also advise patients on financial obligations which may include the establishment of payment plans. The core responsibilities of this role maximize efficiency through facilitating and ensuring the accuracy of the information flow between medical staff, hospital staff, and other various departments.

Hospitals and Clinics is embarking on a new program to attract and retain qualified Healthcare Assistants (HCAs). The program provides a signing bonus for new hired HCAs at a 0.50 FTE or greater.
The first installment is paid out upon hire within the first 30 days.
The second installment is paid out after nine (9) months of employment.
In order to qualify:
The applying HCA must be an external candidate.
Must start position before March 31, 2024.
If, at any time during the first nine (9) months of employment, an eligible HCA drops below a .50 FTE, all future bonuses are forfeited, regardless of whether or not they later return to an FTE above .50.
If an eligible HCA terminates from the organization and is subsequently rehired, they must have been separated from the organization for a period of at least 3 months before becoming eligible once again for the program.

This position provides patient care at the direction of a Registered Nurse. Requiring direct contact with patients and their families as well as the performance of indirect patient care activities necessary to support patients and their environment. Under the direction of the Provider Network Director, the Manager of Provider Contracting is responsible for negotiation and renegotiation of provider contracts as well as ongoing evaluation, administration and monitoring of managed care and governmental payer agreements for facility, professional and ancillary services. The responsibilities are to perform contract development and negotiation/renegotiation to develop contracts that support the triple aim, are operationally and financially successful for the company, and support a stable and financial level of reimbursement in collaboration with our provider partners. This position monitors network adequacy and network performance. This position will work closely with all departments and providers throughout the state. The Manager of Provider Contracting must be highly collaborative and relationship oriented with a commitment to ACO concepts and goals.

- This position performs higher level office support duties and provides specialized program support for a larger department.
- The incumbent will perform a wide range of administrative office duties including conducting research, preparing statistical reports and spreadsheets, preparing correspondence, reports and presentations, handling information requests, planning conferences and meetings, providing purchasing and payroll support, fulfilling employment administration requirements, making travel arrangements, and maintaining calendars and schedules.
- The incumbent may also coordinate the activities of committees that are working on special projects and initiatives within the department and/or organization.
- This position is not responsible for direct patient care.
Required Experience:
- Five years of progressively more responsible experience in an office or administrative support setting.

A Crisis Worker, working on the Utah Statewide CrisisLine telephonic system, will assess individuals experiencing a self-defined crisis situation, leading to appropriate crisis stabilization and making appropriate referrals. A Crisis Worker may perform screening and triage, psycho-social support, and connection to appropriate resources through call or text. Services also include collaboration with local mental health authorities in the state of Utah. As such, the Statewide CrisisLine operates as a 24/7 dispatch for Mobile Crisis Outreach Teams across the state of Utah.

The Patient Coordinator is responsible for full life-cycle coordination of care and serves as a liaison between the patient and healthcare system. This position helps manage patient needs and coordinates services across multiple care teams and facilities. This position answers all patient questions and collaborates with members of an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and facilitate resource and discharge planning to reach optimal outcomes for the patient.
