SIGN ON BONUS OFFERED! Hospitals and Clinics is embarking on a new program to attract and retain qualified Healthcare Assistants (HCAs). The program provides a signing bonus for new hired HCAs at a 0.50 FTE or greater.  The first installment is paid out upon hire within the first 30 days. The second installment  is paid out after nine (9) months of employment. In order to qualify:  The applying HCA must be an external candidate. Must start position before March 31, 2024.  If, at any time during the first nine (9) months of employment, an eligible HCA drops below a .50 FTE, all future bonuses are forfeited, regardless of whether or not they later return to an FTE above .50.
