EO/AA   The Associate Electrophysiology Nurse provides nursing care to Electrophysiology patients in the procedural lab. This position serves as the entry nurse position in the Electrophysiology Lab. The associate nurse performs at a task-oriented skill level, and performs troubleshooting and complex tasks under the guidance of experienced nurses. This position includes an orientation to the nurse monitor, nurse circulator and the scrub role for electrophysiology procedures in the lab and the hybrid OR. Associate nursing responsibilities include safety checks, equipment management, product entry, patient documentation in Epic, administration of medications, and moderate sedation, hemodynamic monitoring, rhythm interpretation, assisting in EP procedures in the Hybrid OR, assisting with anesthetized patients, patient preparation, scrubbing into sterile procedures and sheath management.
