Position Summary A Lead Principal Software Engineer on the ServiceNow Platform team. This position participates in and provides leadership and oversight on all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle: Analysis, Design, Development, Quality Assurance, Deployment, Training and Operational Support within ServiceNow. They work in an agile team utilizing scrum methodology to deliver value to customers through the development and implementation of user stories. Performs routine and complex system maintenance tasks, including hardware and software monitoring, system recovery and performance tuning on the Service Management system. Installs new software releases and system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches, and resolves software related problems. Ensures computer equipment, hardware, and software are updated to meet departmental needs and improve efficiency. Will often mentor other developers on the team regarding complex system tasks. This Epic application analyst will be part of a technical team responsible for the analysis, design, build and support of the outpatient electronic health records.
